I used a service for years but I became suspicious that they may have been harvesting e-mail addresses.  Be assured that your e-mail address will remain confidential with me.

Of course, you can ask to be removed from the list anytime.  No questions asked.  I understand that after a while, a person's interests change and they want to move on.
